06 256 Dusky Price to high?

Hello seeing what you guys think of a 06 Dusky 256 with 06 etec 250 single on the back that I might buy. The guy wants 24k and is firm, think thats to high? Seems to be in good condition, motor has 650 hours and 3 year warrenty left on engine comes with the trailer. Thanks ;cool;
