Auto Pilot with Kicker Motor

Information and advice on a auto-pilot trolling for a kicker motor needed. First, the boat is 28′ – 11″ in length and 10′ – 8″ wide, required horsepower for trolling speeds up to 3 mph?

Current electronics are Lowrance LMS350A GPS/Plotter, Furuno 1730 Radar and Furuno 600LL Fishfinder.

I would like information on an auto-pilot tolling motor system that is capable of plotting a course (snake like course) while running it, capable of controlling/adjusting the throttle automatically to compensate wind/waves. Basically, select the plotted course, hit go and be able to run the riggers while the system does the driving. Is there such an animal?
