Costa Del Mar lens advice needed

Hi, I have a pair of prescription Costa Del Mar sunglasses and I need to replace the lens (eye problem, not lens problem). My present lens are green (not mirror) plastic. When my eye doctor replaced the lens last time they did not use genuine Costa Del Mar lens and I have not been overly pleased with these lens. My prior lens were real CDM lens and were great. It has been a number of years since I traded lens and I wanted to see what you experts were recommending. I will used the glasses for inshore fishing, driving and general usage. What do you recommend and why? Glass or plastic. Mirror or not. And last, but very important, what color? I have a lot of respect for the guys on this board so your suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for taking time to reply. Charlie
