looking for input on choosing a boat.

I am looking at getting a boat min 26 ft max 28 ft looking for the best ride in rough seas and of course fishability and space needs to cutty cabin no cc ,i’m looking at wellcraft ,pro line ,seaswirl,striper and now abelmarle .what is your opinion on these from first choice to no way ,i know newer is more pricey so would it be better to spend more or get a little older boat with the same quality craftsmanship.thanks
