Rejex Question

I put 2 coats on after a buff about six monts ago and am happy with results

boat still looks good but its time for a new coat

Is it better to buff and put 2 new coats on or just wash and go over the six month old rejex

Am I supposed to clean old coat of rejex off before applying new coat ?
