Here’s a good post from Those Darn Black Streaks? :

I have seen an Isinglass piece attached to a rub rail to prevent black streaks on the hull. Both Viking and Rampage have had these installed on the rub rails.

Does anybody know how to make them, install them or have detail photos? In both cases that I noticed the streak preventers, they were attached to the top side of the rub rail.
