Yamaha 250 electrical question

Well I noticed my motor has been acting weird lately. It’s will sometimes trim up while the motor is running without me touching anything. It also sounds like the motor is making a noise like it’s trimming up or down (although the motor doesn’t move) when I turn the key/power off for the motor. Any ideas?
